• Be ready at the pickup location on time
• Treat drivers with respect and follow local laws during travel

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings can be made online or via phone
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
• No-shows may incur full fare charges.

4. Pricing

• Fare estimates are provided before booking.
• Final charges may vary based on actual distance, time, and waiting charges.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely.
• We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elite Cabs is not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the ride

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
